Blueline's Erik Jon Warila will introduce us to the world of "Be Your Own Media". Following the concept of permission based marketing, Erik will look at how the demise of traditional advertising is leading to a new media era in which public relations practicioners are more involved than ever. He will touch on concepts of "evanglism marketing", podcasts, videocasts, and show how we are facing a real shift in how to communicate with important audiences. This will be an interesting session at the new BSU TECenter in Nampa.
Erik is an advertising and strategic communications professional with more than 6 years of multi-industry business-to-business and direct-to-consumer experience. Erik joined Blue Line from the J.R. Simplot Company, a 3 billion dollar agribusiness concern, where he spearheaded efforts to standardize the branding strategies within key market channels around the globe. He is a Cum Laude honor graduate of Northwest Nazarene University where he earned his BBS in Business Administration in addition to an MBA
