Caitlin Cieslik-Miskimen

Caitlin Cieslik-Miskimen is an associated professor in the School of Journalism and Mass Media at the University of Idaho, where she teaches courses related to public relations and media history. She received her PhD in journalism and mass communication from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, with a minor in history.

Caitlin has nearly 10 years of professional PR experience. Prior to pursuing her graduate degree, she managed the strategic communications campaigns of start-ups and established leaders in the clean technology sector as an account supervisor at Antenna Group, a leading PR agency helping conscious brands drive impact in real estate, climate, and innovation.

When not in the classroom or the library, Caitlin enjoys running and hiking with her dog and exploring Idaho (and beyond) with her family.
