With nearly 20 years of experience in integrated communications, she leads public relations initiatives that connect brand storytelling with measurable business outcomes. Her work spans industries including healthcare, tourism, gaming, retail, education and more.

Crystal frequently speaks on brand measurement, media intelligence, AI-powered communications and the evolving role of PR in business strategy. She also serves on the Endowment Board for the Walter Cronkite School of Journalism and Mass Communication.
