Heather’s experience spans the arts, humanities, fundraising, K-12 education, and the AEC industry, giving her a broad perspective and deep appreciation for the power of connection. She enjoys bringing people and ideas together, uncovering common ground, and building momentum for initiatives that matter. 

Heather is a Global Business Partner on the Employee Experience team at WSP, a company of 83,000 employees. WSP is one of the world's leading engineering, science, and infrastructure solutions firms, uniting their multidisciplinary expertise to make a positive impact. They envision future possibilities and bring them to life through technical know-how and innovation.

She is driven by curiosity and always looking for opportunities to learn, grow, and help others succeed, which is why she’s excited about helping others pursue the Accreditation in Public Relations (APR).

Heather has called Idaho home for over thirty years, and when she’s not working, she is usually outside hiking, biking, camping, skiing, swimming, or exploring mountain trails. Her ideal day ends in a hammock with a great book and a view of the mountains or water.
